Fast food generally contains lots of calories, sodium and unhealthy fat,that's why fast food bad for you.We all know fast food isn't exactly healthy food. While it may be tasty and convenient, eating it on a regular basis has harmful effects on your health, like promoting weight gain and chronic disease.Regular eating of fast food bad for children very much.There are some negative sides of fast food.

The negative side of junk & fast food: Junk foods are food and drinks with low nutritional value (e.g. vitamins, minerals and fiber) and high in kilojoules, fat, sugars and/or salt. Alternatively, fast food refers to a type of cuisine typically served at restaurants with the aim of being delivered to customers as quickly as possible. In Australia, 35% of an average adult’s daily energy intake and 41% of children’s daily energy intake comes from junk food.

Although indulging in junk food occasionally may not pose significant harm, consuming it regularly has been linked to heightened risks of obesity and chronic diseases. Conditions such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and certain cancers can all be attributed to excessive consumption of junk food.

1. Consuming junk food that is high in sodium can contribute to an increase in headaches and migraines.

2. Junk food high in carbs can trigger outbreaks out.

3. Eating excessive amounts of junk food may increase your risk of depression.

4. The carbs and sugar in fast foods can lead to dental cavities.

5. Fried foods are filled with trans fats which raise LDL cholesterol levels.

6. Fast food is filled with empty carbohydrates, which can lead to increased blood sugar and insulin r

esistance.

7.Increased sodium levels can lead to your body retaining excessive water, leading to bloating

 

While some fast foods may offer healthful options, the majority of fast foods are generally considered to be junk food. For example, salad, sushi and sandwiches are healthy forms of fast food.But most fast food are unhealthy, specially restaurants fast food.so we should have to ignore unhealthy fast food.
